    My wife and I really appreciate all you do for us.  We are both listening to your CDs just about every day, soaking up all that good stuff.  We so much want to get my wife home from the job and have her in the business with me, and the Ken Compton stuff is going to help us move up the time table for that.

    Hi Ken,
     
    Sometimes as a teacher you like to know that your students are listening. Today, I made my deposits (chocolate houses) in my targeted offices. Things went real smooth with some positive feelings. I will be doing my follow up calls next week. Should I wait a few weeks before I try to put out any more information in these offices? I will be sending out postcards to other offices in my area on the 29th.

    I am looking forward to growing this year, keep sending out the good advice. Again thanks for all that you do.

    Ken,

    My wife and I own a small one man inspection firm in Richmond, VA. We have dreams of being a multi-inspector firm in the near future. Until a month ago we could not see that happening anytime soon, but because of the Inner Circle and your marketing plan and ideas the dream may become a reality before we know it.

    You see, three months ago we were struggling with only 1 to 2 inspections a week and could not figure out what we were doing wrong. We knew that the product that we offer was one of the best, if not the best, in the area but we were still not filling our inspection schedule. No matter what we tried it did not work.

    We joined the Inner Circle about a month and a half ago and we are up to averaging 6 to 8 inspections a week. All of this has come from implementing the marketing plan and ideas that you have provided us. We are now looking at hiring a marketing representative in the next couple of weeks and another inspector shortly after that. You provide so much information, and all of it works, that we could pick and choose what we wanted to do. We would like to put all of it in place before the end of next year.

    Ken, I started my Inspection business in 1999 and it has been a struggle since then. My level of business has been a long up and down roller coaster ride. I never seemed to find a way to market that provided consistent results. I have always believed in what Tony Robbins calls modeling. "If you want to succeed at something find someone who is successful in that field. Do what they do and you will get the same results." I searched the internet several times over the last few years. Looking for a "Coach". A successful Home Inspector who was willing to share his knowledge. In June of this year I found kencompton.com and I have had more success in the last 3 months than in the past several years combined. As you say," It is not a magic pill that takes the place of hard work." It is however a system that has shown me what type of hard work gets consistent results. It is true, "He who implements wins." In September I had my best month ever. Three times as many inspections as in September of last year. I am truly thankful that I found you and all the wonderful people that work with you.

    I have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing which has been very little help in building my business.

    I just wanted to say thanks for all you have done to help me grow my home inspection business in 2008. Your program reminds me of the old saying, “There is more than one way to skin a cat.” When I joined HISG in 2007 the problem I had was you gave me to many ways to skin that cat. I thank you for your patience and guidance through e-mails and our one on one coaching calls. I think the one on one call in days are worth the cost of membership all by themselves.

    This year has been tough for many people. Yes it has been a crazy year with the election, the bail out and a lot of other crazy things. I have talked with other inspectors who have been struggling and are on the brink of closing their doors or have already done so. But it has not affected my business at all, because I used what you gave me.

    With your advice I set up my plan and worked it like you showed me. By selecting some of the marketing tools you gave me, I was able to exceed 2007’s total gross revenue by the end of July. I don’t want to jinx myself by telling you where I expect to be come 31 December, but I can tell you that things are looking very, very good. Thanks again!

    I have listened to the cd, David listened to the tape we made this morning of the call (so that I wouldn't forget what you told us to do) and we've both read more information.

    I started the database with emails, names, addresses, and phone numbers of local realtors.

    I also made three personal contacts with realtors or someone who works for a realtor today. One actually was the owner of the company and was given permission to stop in and visit her anytime.
